Operating in collaboration with the El Morito cooperative, Dominga contributes a great deal of knowledge and expertise she has cultivated from years of attentive work with growing the finicky varietal.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEl Morito, originally a family operation passed down over generations, formalized as a producers’ association in 2022.
