**This is an extra light roast profile on Finca San Pedro's Mejorado. We recommend allowing 3-4 weeks from the roast date before brewing for best results. The coffee should get even better as it enters the 5th-6th weeks.

We are privileged to be granted the opportunity to purchase and roast this fully washed Mejorado from Fincas Del Putushio. It was an honor also to be given a separation of the two Putushio farms this season - San Pedro and Surya. We couldn't be more delighted and excited to roast and present these to you.
