Shipping Rates & Methods

Local Chicago Delivery

Orders shipping to any Chicago address within a 6 miles of our warehouse (60622) qualify for free shipping on orders over $25.

Continental United States

Orders shipping within the continental United States qualify for free standard shipping on orders over $75. Orders below this threshold will be charged shipping based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Cost Disclaimer

Shipping rates are determined by our carriers and are occasionally outside of our control. Due to size, weight, destination, or carrier limitations, some items or addresses may not qualify for free shipping even if order totals meet the stated thresholds. If this applies to your order, we will follow up via email with additional shipping details or updates.

Shipping Methods

  • Economy Shipping is typically fulfilled via UPS Ground Advantage or a comparable service.

  • Standard Shipping is typically fulfilled via UPS Ground.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Address Verification

For security and fraud prevention, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be successfully verified. This includes situations where the customer name, billing address, and shipping address do not match or cannot be confirmed. This policy helps ensure safe and accurate delivery of all orders.


Responsibility After Shipment

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier (including UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL), responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Norma Supply Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occur after carrier acceptance. This includes packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. We are unable to replace or refund orders once tracking information indicates that a shipment is in transit or has been delivered.

We recommend shipping to a secure address and monitoring tracking updates closely.


Mail Forwarding & Third-Party Services

Orders shipped to third-party mail forwarding services are delivered at the customer’s own risk. Once a package has been successfully delivered to the forwarding address provided at checkout, Norma Supply Co. is not responsible for loss, delay, or nondelivery.

We are unable to track packages, guarantee delivery, or file claims once an order has been transferred to a forwarding service. Any issues that occur after delivery to a forwarding address must be resolved directly with the forwarding provider.

For international forwarding, we recommend selecting a reliable and fully trackable shipping option.
