Coffee Products
All coffee sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any coffee products.

Equipment Returns
We accept returns on equipment (such as brewers, grinders, etc.) that are unused and in their original packaging. If you wish to return equipment, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

* Equipment must be unused and in its original condition.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
* Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method if the return meets our conditions.
