For those who appreciate really good, approachable coffee, our Core Coffee Subscription is a rotating selection of coffees from roasters we trust. Most months, you’ll get washed coffees that lean toward clarity, balance, and a more classic profile. Every now and then, we’ll include a natural for a bit of fruit, and often a blend will make its way in too, always something we think drinks well and fits the overall vibe. Nothing too wild, just clean, solid coffees.

This is a good fit if you like dependable, easy-to-enjoy coffees with the occasional change of pace.

At Norma Supply, we spend a lot of time thinking about when to send your coffee so it shows up tasting right. We look at your order frequency, shipping time, and what each roaster recommends in terms of rest.

Not every coffee is best right off roast—some are ready pretty quickly, while others need more time. So we try to time each shipment based on the specific coffee and your delivery schedule.

Because of that, you might occasionally receive coffees that are up to 6 weeks off roast. That’s usually intentional, especially for coffees that benefit from a longer rest, we do the resting for you in our "Bean Bank". We only send coffees we think are tasting good and ready to brew.

There’s a lot of behind-the-scenes planning that goes into it, but the goal is simple:  coffee showing up and being brewed during its highest potential rest window.
