CAFEC - Pour-Over Flower Dripper DEEP 27 - Clear

The CAFEC 27 is a small-format pour-over dripper designed specifically for low-dose brewing. Unlike standard drippers that are optimized for 12–20 g recipes, the CAFEC 27 performs best in the 7–9 g range, where maintaining even extraction is typically difficult.

At Norma, we use the CAFEC 27 primarily for very small brews of high-quality coffees, as well as for evaluating or using the final grams remaining in a bag. Its geometry and filter design allow for controlled flow and stable extraction at these low doses, producing a cup that remains clear and well-balanced despite the reduced brew size.

The dripper’s internal rib structure promotes consistent water movement through a deep coffee bed, helping avoid stalling or uneven extraction—common issues when brewing small doses in larger brewers. The result is a precise, repeatable brew that scales down without losing structure.
