The Fellow Shimmy Coffee Sieve is a precision tool designed to reduce fines in ground coffee. By separating smaller particles from the main grind distribution, it allows for more consistent extraction and improved control over brewing variables.

The sieve uses a single-layer stainless steel mesh sized to retain target grind particles while allowing fines to pass through. Grounds are agitated manually, and fines collect in the lower tray for easy removal. The process is fully mechanical and does not require power or calibration.
