The Fellow Tally Pro Scale Studio Edition is a digital coffee scale designed for controlled, repeatable brewing. It combines high-resolution weight measurement with integrated timing and ratio-based guidance to support pour-over and immersion brewing methods.

The scale uses a high-sensitivity load cell capable of measuring up to 2,500 g with 0.1 g resolution. Weight readings update rapidly to allow accurate monitoring of flow rate during active pours. An integrated timer can be operated manually or configured to start automatically based on detected weight change.

Brew Assist™ modes provide target brew ratios by calculating required water mass from an entered dose weight. Progress is displayed in real time on a high-contrast OLED screen using both numeric and visual indicators. Manual mode allows unrestricted weighing and timing without ratio guidance.

The Studio Edition features a matte, low-reflectivity finish and a flat, stable platform intended for use with standard drippers, servers, and brewing vessels. The scale is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery and charges via USB-C.
