Rose Tea R-03 uses a double anaerobic fermentation with yellow fruit yeast cultures and finishes with a thermal shock wash to highlight delicate floral and fruit characteristics.

Expect a vibrant profile of rose tea, oolong, and cantaloupe, supported by a creamy body and lactic acidity.
