A VIBRANT PACAMARA VARIETY SEPARATION FROM THE RODRIGUEZ FAMILY

Having had the pleasure of working with the Rodriguez family since 2008, we have featured their coffee every year on our menu. There is an aura palpable in walking Rodriguez farms that exudes history, spanning multiple generations deepening their roots to the land. Gloria Rodriguez, a 3rd generation coffee producer is at the helm of 7 farms alongside son-in-law Luis Rodriguez. Pacamara speckles their farms with both red and yellow varieties. Cool nights paired with higher elevations allows for slower cherry maturation and ultimately a more delicate, complex cup. Paying homage to the farm La Gloria, this Pacamara expresses notes of tangerine, pink lemonade, and mango.
