GET THE PARTY STARTED WITH THIS EXPLOSIVE NATURAL COFFEE 

Party’s name comes from both its explosive, colorful tasting notes as well as its passionate fans that celebrate its return to the menu each summer. To ensure this coffee lives up to its name, we always select a natural processed coffee from Ethiopia to represent Party - and this year we chose Gora Kone out of the West Arsi, Oromia region of Ethiopia.

Gora Kone translates to “Mountain Hump,” earning its name from the rolling mountains in the surrounding area. In the river valley below the mountain is the Gora Kone Washing Station, as well as the many smallholder producers that provide their cherries to the station. Most of these farms are small fields and many are below four hectares in area. The delivered cherries are washed and then dried with cherry intact, on raised African beds, a process that imparts the intense sweetness we look for in each cup of Party. High altitude combined with natural shade and unwavering farming practices result in a stunning coffee that is packed with flavor.

In this year’s Party, we’re celebrating notes of juicy watermelon, sweet milk chocolate, and jammy strawberries.
