Notes From the Roaster

Another coffee from Fazenda Rio Brilhante in Minas Gerais, Brasil. Excitingly, this is a washed process coffee, which is a rare from from Brasil. It is also a single variety called Gaurá, a Catucaí derivative that has adapted to the drier climate of Cerrado in Brasil. This dark-roasted coffee has notes of butterscotch, crème brûlée, dutch baby, and roast.
