A fully washed, explosive and dynamic Geisha variety coffee from Claudia Samboni, the wife and partner of Rodrigo Sanchez. This coffee comes from one of their newer farms, Las Nubes, in Huila, Colombia. Lemon verbena, hops, lychee, starfruit. 100% Geisha.

Washed. 24 hour hold in cherry followed by depulping. Dry fermentation for 62-64 hours. Washed to remove mucilage and dried in direct sun for 3-4 days, followed by 22-23 days of drying in canopies.
