Founded by Paul Doyle, Mikava is an iconic winery based in Santuario, in the Risaralda region of Colombia. Originally from the United States, this producer settled in this region with a very clear vision: to push the boundaries of fermentation and wine quality.
Grown at an altitude of 1700 meters, this micro-lot of Gesha perfectly illustrates this avant-garde approach. This batch benefited from natural carbonic maceration, a meticulous method that enhances all the complexity and aromatic intensity of this prestigious variety.
