This brilliantly bright expression of Sudan Rume is our first time working with this tree type! What a bar to set too for a first experience. This coffee comes to us through Cofinet, with whom we have long partnered and through whom also recently featured Luz Helena's washed Gesha. Jardines Del Eden is a special project dedicated to cultivating various unique cultivars with exceptional processing. This Sudan Rume has such a bright profile alongside floral notes of lemongrass and hibiscus. It kind of feels like a really aromatic Kenyan coffee meets Chiroso!
