This coffee placed 1st for the Central Division of the 2024 Copa De Oro competition, held in December every year by our importing partner Osito.

We were fortunate to work with Jose Ever's 4th place Copa De Oro lot last year, which was one of our favorite coffees of the year. Our core values involve contributing to the flourishing of coffee producers by repeat purchasing season to season. So it was a no brainer to select Jose Ever's regional 1st place winning Copa De Oro lot - sight unseen! We find this coffee to be quite distinct among the many Pink Bourbons we've tried, having a very dark red fruited profile and one that leans heavily into sweetness.
