**This is one of two HOLIDAY coffees from Thankfully this season. As such, we are roasting this coffee in a light-medium roast profile to accentuate a warm, rich, and sweet cup. Perfect for cool weather days spent with loved ones, all huddled around your favorite beverage.

Not only is this a holiday edition coffee, but it also happens to be our very first Ugandan coffee! We are excited to break ground into new purchasing regions, and also to further develop our ongoing sourcing partnership with Osito. One reason this coffee caught our attention was because it is comprised of Kenyan varieties that we have historically been so fond of. The SL28 aspect of this coffee does clearly shine through with tart red berries fully present. The coffee is also very reminiscent of Burundi coffees we love with a hefty dose of warm baking spices and a brown candy-like sweetness. This coffee's flavor profile is full on cold winter holiday vibes!
