**This is an extra light roast profile on Mustefa Abakeno's washed Ethiopia. We recommend allowing 3-4 weeks of rest time prior to brewing for best results. Coffee will enter peak mode between 4-6 weeks off roast.

At Thankfully we have a keen appreciation for G2 washed Ethiopian coffees, as we love providing excellently sweet espresso options for our wholesale partners! But these coffees can be so versatile, as is the case with Mustefa's lot here. As we analyzed the coffee on filter, we were carried along by a sugary ripe peach profile, with some exquisite vanilla and tart grapefruit as the main focus of the overall profile. The finish is giving purple floral like lilac. Thus we are super excited to make this available on our website for all coffee brewers! It has been quite some time since we released any washed Ethiopian coffees - hooray!
